SportTrack Privacy Policy

SportTrack is a tennis tracking and coaching-support application operated by Chreia Labs, LLC (“Chreia Labs,” “we,” “us”). This Privacy Policy explains categories of information SportTrack handles, how that information is used, when it may be shared, and choices available to you.

SportTrack is designed as a local-first product with optional cloud sync and account features. Some features work without an account; cloud backup, teams, sharing, and subscriptions require sign-in and related service providers.

Depending on how you use SportTrack, we may process the following categories of information:

• Account and profile information. Email address; display / full name; unique handle; app role (for example player, coach, parent, or combinations); profile avatar images; authentication identifiers from email/password or Sign in with Apple or Google when you choose those methods.
• Athletic and training information. Player profiles (which may include name, handedness, optional date of birth or age-related fields, school/team/UTR/gender notes, and related profile fields); matches and scores; point-by-point tracking data; practice / serve sessions; statistics derived from that activity; opponent notes and related scouting information you enter; team membership and roster data.
• Relationship and sharing information. Parent/guardian links, coach links, team invites, account-share invitations and permission settings, messaging content within SportTrack features that provide messaging, and live scoreboard / share-link visibility settings you configure.
• Device and app data. Locally stored app data on your device (including offline / write-ahead match data); optional Apple Watch scoring events sent to a paired phone; push notification device tokens when notification permission is already granted and remote push registration runs; diagnostic or product-analytics events when those services are configured for a build.
• Subscription and purchase metadata. Entitlement and purchase state processed through Apple App Store / Google Play and RevenueCat (for example product identifiers and subscription status). SportTrack does not collect or store payment card numbers.

• Provide, maintain, and improve SportTrack features you request.
• Authenticate accounts and secure access to cloud-synced data.
• Sync athletic data across your devices when cloud backup is enabled, and project authorized views to parents, coaches, teammates, or invitees according to permissions you (or an account owner) configure.
• Deliver optional push notifications related to SportTrack activity.
• Process subscriptions and restore purchases through platform stores and RevenueCat.
• Diagnose reliability issues and understand product usage when crash reporting or analytics providers are enabled for a release build.
• Respond to support requests you send to our published contact channels.

SportTrack shares information in these situations:

• Inside SportTrack, based on roles and permissions. Coaches, parents / guardians, teammates, friends, account-share recipients, and public/live viewers may see only what your privacy scopes and relationship permissions allow. Full cloud backups are not freely readable by other users; authorized viewers generally receive projected athlete data subject to gates (for example match, stats, practice, or report visibility).
• Service providers that process data for us. Currently used processors include: Supabase (authentication, database, file storage, and related backend services); RevenueCat (in-app purchase entitlement status);Apple and, when enabled, Google (sign-in and/or store billing); Expo (app platform and push delivery components); optional Sentry (crash / diagnostic reporting) and optional Amplitude (product analytics) when configured for a build.
• Legal or safety requirements. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect users, Chreia Labs, or the integrity of the service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not sell personal information as a business model. Service providers receive data only as needed to operate SportTrack features.

• Delete SportTrack cloud data. The app can delete your SportTrack cloud backup blob and wipe corresponding local SportTrack app data while leaving your sign-in session intact (so you can start fresh without removing the account).
• Delete SportTrack account. Account deletion removes your authentication user and cascades deletion of associated SportTrack cloud records that are wired to your user id (including the primary app backup and many related relationship / device token rows). Some durability / audit tables are intentionally designed without a cascading user foreign key so operational history may remain after account deletion.
• Device copies. Uninstalling the app or wiping local storage removes data stored on that device; it does not by itself cancel store subscriptions or erase data held by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Sentry, or Amplitude.
• Storage objects. Profile avatars and match attachments may be stored in cloud object storage. Account deletion focuses on auth/database cascades described in product code; object-storage cleanup may not be exhaustive in every case.

We do not publish fixed numeric retention schedules beyond the deletion behaviors implemented in the product. If you need help completing deletion, contact us using the address below.

SportTrack uses industry-common cloud infrastructure (including authenticated access controls and encrypted transport to hosted services) and local device storage for offline use. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. You are responsible for protecting device access and account credentials.

SportTrack supports parent/guardian relationships and player profiles that may include age-related athletic fields. Account signup does not implement a dedicated age-gate or children’s-privacy workflow in the current product. If you are a parent or guardian, use parental controls and sharing permissions carefully. Do not use SportTrack to publicly expose sensitive information about minors. If you believe a child’s information was provided inappropriately, contact us.

• Update profile and privacy/visibility settings inside the app where available.
• Revoke parent, coach, team, or account-share access where the product allows.
• Disable notifications in system settings; revoke camera/photos access in system settings.
• Use Delete SportTrack data or Delete SportTrack account flows in Account settings.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple or Google account subscription settings.
• Use Restore Purchases in the app when offered.

We may update this Privacy Policy as SportTrack changes. The effective date above will be revised when we publish updates to this URL. Continued use after an update means you have had an opportunity to review the revised policy.
